What is Giftechna?

We are candy lovers who find, curate, and deliver the world’s best candies to your door. We partner with small artisans and famed candy producers so that our members can enjoy an amazing variety of exceptional candies every month.


What Giftechna subscriptions do you offer and how do they work?

We offer our members a choice of a month-to-month Fun Box (Six, 6-ounce candy cups).

We offer gift memberships for terms of 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months.

When you purchase a Giftechna subscription for yourself, your subscription automatically renews at the end of its term and will bill your selected default payment method on a month-to-month basis.

For those on legacy prepaid subscriptions, your membership will automatically convert to a month-to-month subscription at the end of the term for which you have paid.


I just signed up for a Giftechna subscription. What will I receive?

Your monthly shipment will include a thoughtfully curated selection of fresh, premium-quality candies from nostalgic favorites to popular new treats in signature containers.


Is Giftechna available outside the US?

Giftechna is currently available for delivery within the contiguous United States. (We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories, nor any international locations).


How do I access my account?

When you purchase a Giftechna subscription you will be prompted to set up an account using your email address during the checkout process. You may go online at any time after becoming a member to access your account by logging in with your email address and password. Once logged in, you’ll be taken directly to the Account & Orders section, and you will be able to edit your personal information, billing method, see past shipments, and access tracking numbers for active shipments.


If I am the recipient of a gift subscription, what happens when I receive my last month’s box?

If you received Giftechna as a gift your subscription will terminate after you receive your last box. After your last box, we invite you to subscribe to Candy Gift Idea by going to www.candygiftidea.com and becoming a new member.


What is your cancellation policy?

Members may cancel their subscriptions at any time, with no cancellation fees. Simply contact us via chat at www.candygiftidea.com, or by email at info@candygiftidea.com. You must cancel your membership at least 2 business days prior to your next billing date to be sure the cancellation occurs before your next box is processed. We are unable to provide refunds and/or stop shipments once the order has shipped. We are unable to accept returns as candy is an edible product. If your box has already shipped and you refuse the shipment you will still be responsible for the charges associated with that shipment.


When will my monthly box ship?

Your box will ship within 1-3 business days after you place your order. Gift orders can have a ship date selected for up to 30 days in the future.
